As we usher in a new millennium of history in Seattle, we still hold onto the classics and staples of the past. We also offer up our own interpretation to bring you the best flavors we know.
The story of our restaurant starts in the early 20th century, when a company known as Art Marble created a business of selling high-end granite and stone to customers in the Pacific Northwest. Originally known as Art Marble Co., our restaurant was inspired by the era, and we decided to preserve the building to honor its legacy.
