People toasting glasses of wine.

We give thanks for all the delicious wines that are available that don’t break the bank. When you have a big crowd and a long meal it is helpful to source reasonably priced wines of integrity.

Our friends at Pike and Western wineshop helped us with the selections for this tasting and the wines are available there for purchase.  The Thanksgiving feast is an opportunity to branch out with varietals that possess enough character to stand up to the richness of the gravy to the tang of cranberry to the sweetness of the yams ! We will taste 3 white wines and 3 red wines from around the world that are up to the challenge.   A bowl of  butternut squash soup with herby croutons  and an apple salad will accompany the tasting for a great start to the holiday week.
