In a variety of cultures, eating a meal as a family displays the tradition of the people and their region. Vietnamese people have the culture of sharing their food altogether, wouldn’t it be fun to make learn how to make these delicious goods that would be great to share with family and friends?

For this class, Chef Annie Elmore will be demonstrating how to make Sour and Spicy Shrimp SoupStir-Fry Baby Bok Choy with Fried GarlicBraised Pork with Soft Boiled Eggs, and Che Tai,.

Guests will start the class with a glass of wine with additional beverages available to purchase. Payments accepted via card only.

Safety:  For this class, we are requiring all guests to have proof of full vaccination at least two weeks prior to class.  As we move forward in our opening plan, we are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible.  Guests will only be seated with the other guests on their registration, and seating will be socially distanced.  Everyone will need to wear their masks when not eating.  There will be a maximum number of 16 guests in this class.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
