Each of us is reacting to the tragedy unfolding in Ukraine with our own ways to process the very serious circumstances. But as a culinary community we are known for coming together to show support and fundraise.
We have a very personal connection through our managing partner Eric Tanaka whose wife was working in Kyiv until she was told to return to Seattle. While Danica Noble was there, she soaked in the culture, the warmth of the people and the hearty cuisine. Eric and Danica will host an evening of Ukrainian food, music, a live feed from a Ukrainian cultural guide currently staying in Poland, and brief remarks from our Ukrainian partners. 100% of your ticket price will go to supporting displaced Ukrainian families through CARE’s Ukraine Crisis Fund prioritizing children, women, and the elderly. We appreciate your consideration of this event and hope you will join us.
