The 300 days of sunshine in the region inspire beautiful vegetable dishes seasoned with the timeless Herbs d’ Provence which we will use in a summer tian. A quick knife skills demo will proceed the tian assembly to insure an elegant result.  Socca is the popular street food of Nice and is a great appetizer dish to have in your repertoire

Ticket price is per 1 person. Beverages will be available for purchase. Payment accepted via card only.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
