Bowl of pasta with herbs and walnuts.

Chef Bridget spent years living and working in Italy and is our resident advisor on all things pasta!  She will be in the Hot Stove Kitchen to show you that you don’t need a fancy pasta machine to make amazing pasta at home.

In this class you will learn a delicious (and easy) handmade pasta and two sauces to accompany your malloreddus.  Whether you are looking for a quick dinner for your family or an impressive meal for friends, this Malloreddus Pasta Workshop has you covered!

What You’ll Learn and Make:

  • Pasta doughs for Sardinian Malloredus
  • Sugo Campidanese (Sardinian Sausage Sauce)
  • Malloredus Furriaos (a quick Pecorino Sauce similar to Cacio e Pepe)

Virtual Classroom:

This class will be very similar to our previous in-person Hot Stove classes, with an instructor that demonstrates how to make each dish “live” via Zoom. As a registered attendee, you will have the ability to watch, learn and interact with the instructor, just as if you were sitting at one of our Hot Stove Society work tables!
