Authentic paella is one of the world’s most delicious and iconic dishes.  Chef Instructor Bridget Charters will show you how to make seafood paella.

Bridget will explain everything you need to know to make paella including what kind of rice to use, how to make sofrito, how to season a paella pan and more. For this class, she will show you how to make a “paella de marisco” seafood paella plus empanadas from scratch.

  • A discussion of the difference between paella and arroz
  • How to season the paella pan

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
