Let’s gather for an elegant festive dinner to shepherd in the new year. Tom Douglas planned a celebratory menu which he will demonstrate course by course and our director, Pamela , promises to select luscious wines. We will set the mood with candlelight, mood music and sparkly décor.

To begin : Blini with Caviar

Salad course – Winter White Chicories

Pasta course – Butternut Squash Dumplings with sage butter

The main dish – Beef tornados with rosti potatoes

A sweet finish – Cranberry Pecan Pie

Safety: In compliance with state and federal directive, it is our policy to verify vaccination status for all events at Hot Stove Society. Proof of vaccination will be required for entry for everyone over 12 years of age. We require that you bring a mask to wear when you are moving about in our kitchen and may remove it when eating. Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. Effective 10/04/2021.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
