A few months ago the newsletter Eater did a round up of their editors favorite meatball recipes and we have been fantasizing about it ever since.

In this class we will cover 5 distinctly different styles.

Turkey Ricotta

Korean Beef BBQ

Greek Chicken with Lemon Cream sauce

Chinese Lion’s Head Pork meatballs

Lamb and pistachio with sumac sauce

We will demonstrate and serve tastes of 4 varieties and then guests will make a one pound batch of the 5th one to take home.  Power to the meatball!

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
