Chef Shama Joshi started her career in tech, fulfulling a 14-year career at Microsoft Corporation before she switched gears into the food world. With Shama’s passion, she opened Seattle’s first Indian food truck called Roll Ok Please. Roll Ok Please earned a recommendation from Anthony Bourdain’s list, “Top Places to Eat at in Seattle.”

In this class, you will be learning how to assemble and make Kathi Rolls filled with Aaloo-gobi currywhole wheat egg rotimint cilantro chutney, and pickled onions. Your rolls will be accompanied with plain raita.

Guests will start the class with a glass of wine with additional beverages available to purchase. Payments accepted via card only.

Safety:  For this class, we are requiring all guests to have proof of full vaccination at least two weeks prior to class.  As we move forward in our opening plan, we are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible.  Guests will only be seated with the other guests on their registration, and seating will be socially distanced.  Everyone will need to wear their masks when not eating.  There will be a maximum number of 16 guests in this class.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
