What could possibly be more delicious than a crispy, pan-seared dumpling?

We couldn’t think of anything so we asked Hot Stove Director Annie Elmore to show you how to make these delectable delights at home.  Crispy bottom baos are among our favorites, and we’re thrilled to show you our recipe for the lacey-bottomed shrimp and shiitake potstickers, inspired by those from our beloved Dahlia Lounge.  We hope to see you there!
