People toasting with champagne.

The variety of sparkling wines is vast and complicated but we will break it down in a most enjoyable way .

We will taste through 5 styles accompanied by a bistro-inspired meal of coq au vin and winter salad. And of course we will end with some chocolate ! The wines will include Cava, Prosecco, Champagne, Petillant Naturel and a Cremant.

Ticket price is per 1 person.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
