Chef Tom Douglas holding a turkey leg and glass of wine at a Thanksgiving table.

It’s the main event, the big headliner, the star attraction – your Thanksgiving turkey! This delicious bird requires some special attention before your loved ones gather around the table.

Chef Tom Douglas will show you three different ways to wow your guests with this year’s turkey, including a way to make a smaller portioned dinner, as this year is a bit different. In addition to common tips and tricks when cooking turkey, Tom will also demonstrate his classic fennel seed rubbed roasted turkey, plus brined and roasted turkey legs and apricot and herb roasted turkey breast.
