Mainstay Provisions is the creation of Thom Koschwanez and Ashley Thompson, two Seattleites looking to build a café to meet the busy lifestyles of working locals and residents.
Their menu features soups, sandwiches, salads, and rotisserie chickens all prepared in house with unique ingredients curated to highlight techniques one usually reserves for fine dining, but prices one hopes to find at their corner store. The market selections are chosen in the same manner – a collection of local and international beers and wines, alongside specialty oils, vinegars, and other specialty items running the gamut of price point and selection. Their house made breakfast pastries and desserts pair beautifully with their Ladro Roasting espresso beverages.
