Nitro Plaza, re:Invent Plaza, Path to Yes Plaza, & TAB Plaza
Something new is blooming across South Lake Union. As winter fades, iridescent installations begin to shimmer into place, catching sunlight, refracting color, and transforming everyday paths into playful, glowing moments. Beginning March 28, fresh installations will appear throughout the neighborhood, offering:
- Photo-friendly moments and colorful displays
- Light-catching, glassy textures that shift throughout the day
- A reason to pause, look up, and enjoy the season
You’ll find them scattered across Nitro Plaza, re:Invent Plaza, Path to Yes Plaza, and TAB Plaza. You won’t want to miss them!
Spring Into SLU Chalk Art

Doppler & Nitro Staircase
Don’t miss the chalk murals bringing fresh color and art to the staircases at Doppler and Nitro. Created by artist Coco Spadoni in collaboration with Urban Artworks, these pieces add a bright, expressive energy to the heart of SLU. They’ll be enhancing the neighborhood all season long.
Earth Day Event

Nitro Plaza
Celebrate Earth Day with a sustainability-focused afternoon in South Lake Union. From 11 AM to 1 PM, Nitro Plaza becomes a space for creativity, community connection, and eco‑friendly inspiration.
You can custom paint your own SLU tote bag with Gage Academy of Art, and explore a curated selection of second‑hand fashion from Eres Boutique, along with insights into sustainable style. It’s a chance to learn, create, and celebrate the planet together.
