Coming Soon

Boba and barking good dog treats are coming to The Regrade.

Nitro North (2250 Seventh Ave.), a new Amazon office building in The Regrade, is going to be home to two new neighborhood businesses: Happy Lemon and The Seattle Barkery.

Happy Lemon is a popular tea shop with locations in Bellevue, Issaquah, and Tukwila. Think milk tea with boba, pudding, and lychee jelly, mango matcha, jasmine green tea with rock salt crema, and more. Drinks are customizable for sweetness level and ice level. Oh, and don’t sleep on the bubble waffles. Happy Lemon’s bubble waffles come in original flavor or chocolate. You can add dipping sauces like puff cream and rock salt crema.

The Seattle Barkery creates handcrafted dog treats and barkday cakes. These cakes are pretty enough to be sold in people bakeries and are all baked to order. Seattle Barkery serves their cakes on a Frisbee platter with optional treat add-ons and name banners, plus a complimentary party hat.

In addition, there is a pop up shop called Periodic that has signage up in Nitro North.

Opening dates for Happy Lemon and The Seattle Barkery are to be determined, but we’ll share updates once they are open to the public.
