Xiao Long Bao ( chinese: 小籠包 ) means “little dumpling in a basket”. This form of steam cooking dumplings in a bamboo basket can be traced back to China’s Song Dynasty, which is more than a thousand years ago. Through years of perfection by different regions in China, the Xiao Long Bao was born.

Tender skin of dough on the outside, and juicy fillings of pork with just enough soup, making this simple dish complicated at the same time.

To bring the most authentic Xiao Long Bao, we had to bring in the master of the art. Our chef  has over 25 years of culinary experience in over 5 countries all across Asia. We are honored to have him partner with us to bring joy through the most traditional Chinese Cuisine.
