Summer beckons a rum cocktail on occasion, don’t ya think? This one has the sweet/sour from hibiscus, the punch from ginger, and the refresh from lime. Ahhhhh! During class, we’ll also prepare a full-of-flavor, full-of-color black bean salad. A fabulous summer salad. Backyard picnic, here we come! Just crank the tunes and you can be “virtually” on the beach in Jamaica!
