This dynamic class is rooted in Pilates concepts, with some HIIT, cardio and yoga mixed in. Suggested props: chair, weights (food cans or water bottles work too!), resistance bands, sliders (small towel for hard floor / book or plastic plate for carpet) This is a 40 minute VIRTUAL live-streamed class that you can join from home on your phone, tablet or computer. Please download the Zoom app prior to class You’ll receive a unique link to join the class 30 minutes prior to the start time. All fitness levels are welcome to get sweaty with us!  This class is free and will be online.
