This May, in a new location, we will meet to breathe into our nervous systems for a gentle reset to honor the transition into Spring.
Conscious Connected Breathwork with Kali: What is it?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful breathing practice where you sit or lie down and use a steady, continuous breath with no pause between the inhale and exhale. This pattern can help you move energy, clear stuck emotions, and tap into deep states of insight and release. This is a powerful practice for coming home to yourself, where you will be guided to feel into and trusting yourself. You are in control of your experience and will be given options for grounding if needed. Take what you need from it and leave the rest.
What Makes It Unique
Sessions run longer (about 1 hour) to help you drop into deeper layers of your mind and body. Each experience can be different person-to-person and even session by session, but things like physical sensations, emotions, mental images, and spiritual experiences can come up. There’s no “right” way to experience it, whatever shows up is welcome.
How It Works
You’ll lie or sit down on a yoga mat or cushioned surface. Your facilitator will guide you into the continuous breath pattern and help you find a pace that feels comfortable but activating. After the active breathing, there’s time to rest, integrate, and gently return to your day.
What to Bring
-Wear loose, comfy clothes
-Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or eye mask for comfort
-Bring water and come with a light stomach (avoid big meals 2–3 hours before)
-A journal is great if you’d like to capture insights after
Who Might Benefit

-Looking for stress relief or a mental reset
-Processing grief, old patterns, or emotional blocks
-Exploring self-discovery and deeper awareness
-Wanting to complement yoga, therapy, or meditation
