A Lid Over Interstate 5. Could It Really Happen?

Lid I-5 is an effort to build new public “land” over Interstate 5 and improve the quality of life in the urban environment. Hear about the findings of the technical feasibility study funded by a $2M Federal grant in 2024 and the steps that are underway with new funding.
