Sips in SLU returns on January 29th, bringing South Lake Union’s coffee and tea scene to Nitro Plaza from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Guests will pick up a “coffee passport” at check‑in and use it to explore three free tastings from a curated mix of local cafés and roasters. Expect specialty pours, signature drinks, and occasional demos that highlight the craft behind each cup.
Each participating business will host its own tasting station, creating an easy, walk‑up experience for visitors and employees moving through the plaza. As part of the tasting lineup, House of Eve will provide vouchers for a free drink valued up to $20.
