Seattle is very lucky to have a strong population of talented brewers that craft a wide range delicious and inventive beers. As luck would have it, Seattle Beer Week is bringing Lucky Envelope to Brave Horse Tavern (since we are huge fans) for a one-of-a-kind Lucky Envelope Beer Dinner, including an exclusive surprise beer for all the lucky guests! Brave Horse chef, Bradley Layfield, has created a unique pairing menu for the dinner that opens with a “Bearded Chef” greeter snack with Lucky Envelope’s “Beardless Brewer Irish Red” – just to kick off the fun! 5 courses + 6 beers…how lucky is that?
