In this class students will learn how to make their own half hull model of CWB’s classic Ted Geary designed R-class boat Pirate.
Half Hull model making is a timeless and fun way to scale down the lines drawings of a vessel to make a beautiful model for your wall. Students will laminate the waterlines of the vessel and then carefully carve the designed shape of the vessel smooth. This is a fantastic, hands on, experience to get really intimate with a vessels shape.
