Each cream puff is filled with a pandan pastry cream, topped with a white chocolate ganache and blob of blueberry compote.
Pandan is a flavor widely used in the Philippines and Southeast Asia that is known for its soft and sweet grassy flavor. It’s often called the “Asian vanilla”, and provides a nice flavor base for the cream puff. It’s an eccentric shade of green, so paired with white chocolate ganache and the blueberry compote, we think it offers the perfect combination for Earth Day!
