Join Be Luminous Yoga for a family yoga class designed especially for kids! Yoga provides amazing benefits for us humans, and kids are no exception. Starting yoga early helps not only with kid’s cognitive abilities, but also helps them figure out how to recognize and control what’s going on inside. You’ll practice breathing and being, so your 2-7 year old begins to learn how to control their body and mind. They’ll gain emotional and mental awareness and make friends in the process!
$25 for 1 child and 1-2 adults
+$10 for each additional child in the same family!
