Community 5% Day Benefiting Pure Food Kids Foundation

Shop at any Whole Foods Market store location in the Seattle Metro on Wednesday, January 13th and we’ll donate 5% of the day’s net sales to the Beecher’s Pure Food Kids Foundation! Funds raised at this Community 5% Day will help to expand the reach of the Pure Food Kids Foundation’s workshop and support its first ever Fuled for Life Fun Run & Food Festival.

Created by Kurt Beecher Dammeier, the Pure Food Kids Foundation provides a no-cost food education workshop for 4th and 5th grade students throughout the Puget Sound. Since 2006, the foundation has taught 2,870 workshops in 282 schools, teaching 71,243 students to become food detectives!
