We do simple desserts that you all know and love – particularly cookies and rice crispy treats. But I’m a fan of genre mashup and subverting expectations – instead of classic American flavors, you’ll find lots of spice, salt, and silliness inspired by Asian flavors, farmer’s market finds, and whatever nonsense my braincells come up with.
