Better Trails Club: Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop Cleanup

This Earth Month, REI and AllTrails are teaming up to bring communities together for trail stewardship projects across 6 markets in the US. You’re invited to help care for local trails and celebrate your impact afterward at a nearby REI store.

Trail Work Party (10am-12pm)
Help us care for the Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop alongside fellow outdoor lovers. Participants will be Plogging; jogging and picking up trash starting at the Seattle REI Flagship store. This event is brought to life in partnership with A Cleaner Alki, a local organization helping protect and maintain our trails and create cleaner, safer and more welcoming spaces—all while fostering a culture of environmental stewardship in the Pacific Northwest by building community through purposeful action and fellowship. Make sure to bring running or walking shoes- we’ll provide everything else! As a thank you for giving back, all stewards will receive an exclusive Better Trails Club hat while supplies last! We will meet at the Seattle REI Flagship Store outside the front doors, then head on foot to the Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop

Post-Trail Party (12-2pm)
After the trail work, join us back at REI Seattle Flagship Store for refreshments, community connection, and a store scavenger hunt for a chance to win a prize for your next adventure.
