Plant Camp is a place to spark creativity by combining art and nature into a fun 30-minute activity.

Every other Wednesday, South Lake Union partners with Urban Craft Uprising and the Amazon Horticulture Team to find the intersection of these two mediums, which have positive impacts on your mental health, like increasing productivity and decreasing mental fatigue.

The 2022 season features eight bi-weekly events where participants will create takeaways such as a terraria, herb gardens, and more.

In this event, participants will create a kokedama, a popular style in Japanese gardens. Kokedama is a ball of mud covered in moss with an ornamental plant on top. It is a natural alternative to a traditional pot.

All are welcome! Walk up spots are available every half hour beginning at 10 AM.
