Combining sleek comfort and futuristic decor with breakthrough advances in motion picture technology, Cinerama opened just a year after the World’s Fair came to town. Over the decades, it became a favorite venue for Seattle moviegoers of all ages, from families to Star Wars buffs who camped out in line for weeks before a premiere.

We are proud to be one of the most accessible movie houses in the country. We offer closed captioning from any seat, assistive listening devices, audio narration devices, and wheelchair accessibility.

Original costumes from Star Wars, Star Trek, Blade Runner, and the Batman films are among the items from the Paul G. Allen Family Collection on display in our rotating lobby exhibits.
