This is peak season for zesty, fresh citrus. Pastry Chef Stacy Fortner is developing 3 dessert recipes to showcase the bright juiciness of lemons and oranges.

The class will be a combination of demonstration and hands on production. Participants will leave with a finished tart and an ingredient kit for a cake. A savory crudite and cheese snack plate will be served.

Safety: In compliance with state and federal directive, it is our policy to verify vaccination status for all events at Hot Stove Society. Proof of vaccination will be required for entry for everyone over 12 years of age. We require that you bring a mask to wear when you are moving about in our kitchen and may remove it when eating. Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. Effective 10/04/2021.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
