Pink and yellow macarons.

Do you love macarons? These feather-light, meringue based French cookies with crisp shells, delicately chewy interiors, and lush fillings look difficult to make, but once you know the tricks of the trade you will master them. Bridget is super excited to teach you the art and science of making macarons at home, because, as she says, “macarons are my jam!”

After you watch Bridget demo, you’ll make macaron batter together, pipe macarons, and bake them. You’ll also make buttercream and chocolate ganache, fill and sandwich your cookies together and decorate them, all hands-on.

What You’ll Learn and Make:

  • Classic Buttercream Preparation
  • Buttercream Filling
  • Chocolate Ganache Filling
  • Baking Tips and Building Techniques

Virtual Classroom:

Feel free to cook along with the group or sit back and let your in-home sous chef do all the work – either way, we promise it will be a fun and educational time in the kitchen!
