Winston Wächter Fine Art is pleased to present our second solo exhibition of internationally renowned artist, Trimpin, to kick off the 2016 season. Please join us for an opening reception with the artist on Wednesday, January 20th from 6-8 pm.
Trimpin is a Seattle-based kinetic sculptor, sound artist, engineer, and inventor. A MacArthur Fellow (also known as “The MacArthur Genius Grant”) Trimpin was locally celebrated in 2005 with a survey of his work, shown throughout the Northwest for the entirety of the year with installations and performances at the Seattle Art Museum, the Henry Art Gallery, and the Frye Art Museum, to name a few.
