We are psyched to host Chef /Owner Trey Lamont of Jerk Shack in Belltown to taste through  some of the best sellers on his menu. Trey has developed an avid following by serving up a vibrant blend of island flavors in generous portions. He will demonstrate his recipes for jerk bone-in pork chop, fried whitefish and plantains, ginger yams and tostones.

Last year we worked with Trey to add one of his signature spice blends to our Rub with Love line and we are loving for its spicy kick! Class attendees will take home a jar to brighten up their pantries.

Hotel Andra offers a discount for those attending our classes, this would be the perfect night for a downtown getaway. We look forward to celebrating with you and getting 2022 off to a marvelous start.

Safety: In compliance with state and federal directive, it is our policy to verify vaccination status for all events at Hot Stove Society. Proof of vaccination will be required for entry for everyone over 12 years of age. We require that you bring a mask to wear when you are moving about in our kitchen and may remove it when eating. Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. Effective 10/04/2021.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.

Important Class Information will be emailed prior to class. Emails can get caught in spam filters or blocked entirely, contact us if you have not received the class information.

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you. Note that some classes require specific ingredients in the recipes and may not be offered any substitutions.
