Close up view of handmade tortellini.

We are adapting the exceptional recipe from Marchella Hazan’s “Essentials of Italian Cooking” for this tasty class.

Italian enthusiast Chef Bridget Charters will demonstrate 2 fillings- one vegetarian and one with pork. She will also discuss best practices for building your best broth.

Guests will make pasta dough and practice shaping tortellini. And then we will eat!
