Pumpkin pie.

For those of us who love to bake, the Thanksgiving holiday is the perfect excuse to get out the rolling pins and pie pans!

If you think your pie baking skills could use a refresh, or if you’re looking for a way to ease into the baking mode, here’s an opportunity to learn from Chefs Bridget Charters and Annie Elmore!

In this class you will learn the basics two of our all-time favorites, and you’ll go home with two pies that are just a couple of easy steps away from being ready to hit the Thanksgiving table!

Guests will enjoy a savory vegetable hand pie served with an apple and radiccio salad for lunch while they watch our chefs demonstrate the deliciousness!

What you’ll Learn and Make:

  • Tom’s Famous Triple Coconut Cream Pie
    • Our team will demo the crust, and you will make your own filling.  We will send you home with a baked, ready-to-fill pie shell, your filling, plus the toasted coconut and white chocolate shavings.  All you’ll need to do at home is make some whipped cream and then assemble your pie!
  • Classic Pumpkin Pie
    • We will demonstrate how to make a classic pumpkin pie filling and guide you through making your own buttery pie crust.  We will send you home with pie filling and your crust for you to assemble and bake at home.

Beverages will be available for purchase. Payment accepted via card only.

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you. Please note we are not able to accommodate gluten-free dietary restrictions for this class.
