Hosting Thanksgiving at your house this year? Stressing out at the thought of grappling with a big turkey and all the fixings, getting everything to the table hot and at the same time for a houseful of guests? Your worries are over! Chef Instructor Bridget Charters is here in the nick of time for a 3 hour ‘bootcamp’ to show you how to organize for the holiday like a pro! Learn how to organize your prep starting the weekend before and cross things off your list throughout the week.

Bridget will discuss how to classically roast a turkey, then she’ll demo a few great new methods that you may not have tried such as spatchcocking the turkey or breaking it into parts to roast separately.  You’ll watch and learn as Bridget demos. You’ll get to help make the vegetable side dishes, as teams, as well as a great cranberry sauce that you’ll pack in a container to take home with you.

Finish class by enjoying a lunch buffet of this entire menu. You can check out how everything tastes together and have a preview of your own Thanksgiving feast!

A glass of beer or wine included.
