Peak season lusciousness shown off in versatile tomato recipes. We all wait for this time of year when ripe tomatoes show off their perfume, acidity and depth of flavor.

Chef Instructor Ben Leonard will guide attendees through 3 recipes that highlight the tangy sweet characteristic of summer tomatoes that will provide guests with a lovely supper.

Demonstration – Fried green tomatoes, Tomato water mocktail

Hands on – Gazpacho, Grilled summer pizza with tomato, basil and prosciutto

Ticket price is per 1 person.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
