The characteristic that elevates a hand pie to super deliciousness is a flaky, tender, flavorful crust. We have enlisted Chef Ben Leonard to teach you how to achieve that result with his time-tested recipe.

Hands-On: Participants will make a double batch of dough. Half of the dough will be used for a Spanish inspired pork filling that we will bake and eat with a crunchy summer salad. The other half of the dough will go home with you, along with a strawberry rhubarb filling that you will prepare during class.

Ticket price is per 1 person. Beverages will be available for purchase. Payment accepted via card only.

Health & Safety: We no longer require proof of Covid vaccination but we prefer that you are vaccinated.  Masks are optional.  Effective 6/6/2022 and subject to change.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
