Salads are such great tools for making delicious summer meals and are such a tremendous vehicle for getting nutritious foods into your diet. Salads are fun and can be so varied based on ingredients and dressings.

Creating a complex salad for breakfast, lunch or dinner is a healthy alternative to reaching for that bag of chips!

Join Chef Bridget Charters and the team at the Hot Stove for a fun lunch club learning about super foods and all the health benefits, plus all the possibilities for salads and dressings.  Stock your larder and refrigerator and set yourself up for success.  Food is medicine and if you are loading your body with all these great ingredients, you won’t crave the bad stuff. Brain fog, inflammation, belly bloat be gone!

Bridget will show the basic ingredients and demo how to best cook and handle some of the basic ingredients, then show you how to best store you kits for quick salad building.

The Hot Stove team will have a salad bar for you to build your own and enjoy a salad for lunch.

A non-alcoholic spritzer will be included in the class. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.  Payments accepted via card only.

Safety:  For this class, we are requiring all guests to have proof of full vaccination at least two weeks prior to class.  As we move forward in our opening plan, we are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible.  Guests will only be seated with the other guests on their registration, and seating will be socially distanced.  Everyone will need to wear their masks when not eating.  There will be a maximum number of 16 guests in this class.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
