Structure Cellars Winery was started 8 years ago by Brian Grasso and his wife Brandee Slosar. This winery is unique to us here at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants as Brian was employed with us for many years at Chandler’s Crabhouse. Brian and Brandee bring a true sense of hospitality to their brand, making a wine dinner with them a real treat. They source most of their grapes from the renowned Olsen Brothers and have a real ability to let the quality shine in each of the wines they produce.
