We are excited to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with you at Hot Stove!

Hot Stove Kitchen Manager Jim McCarthy will dive deep into the deliciousness of Irish cooking.  We’ll greet you with a Corned-Beef Gougère and a glass of Guinness! How did we make the delicious, moist and flavorful corned beef in those amazing gougères? You’ll find out when Jim demos how to cure, brine, and cook a classic corned beef.  Jim will also demo a full-on Irish menu– rabbit stew, carraway soda bread (with of course Kerrygold butter!), and a standing prime rib roast with creamy colcannon potatoes. We’ll end the class on a sweet note with a slice of Jameson Irish Whiskey Cake with spiked icing!

A glass of Guinness is included.
