We’re celebrating some classic southern dishes in the second of our Southern Summer series dinners.

Guests will be greeted with All Star Rub Ritz Crackers with Pimento Cheese before being served substantial tastes of the following dishes that Annie will demonstrate:

  • Tasso Ham Hush Puppies, Sweet and Salty Maple Butter
  • Buttermilk Cajun Fried Chicken, Red Bean and Rice, Ham Hock Braised Collard Greens
  • Peach Cobbler, Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream

In between demonstrations, Hot Stove Mixologist, Julie Ross, will show off her cocktail skills by making and serving the following complimentary drinks:

  • Pineapple-Sweet Tea Punch
  • a Classic Sazerac
  • Cobber Cocktail – Rum, Lime, Berry Puree and a Cinnamon-Sugar Rim

Ticket price is per 1 person.  If you register separately from the person (or people) with whom you are attending, please let us know in advance so we can make sure we seat you with your party.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegetarian dietary restrictions.
