Original Chef of The Wandering Table is Back! This time, he is featuring Spring and all its many flavors!

Chef Adam Hegsted, owner of Eat Good Group, is creating a memorable dinner to be paired with award-winning Hand of God wines for us this night.

This is a story of how passion began as a roving pop-up restaurant in Spokane and ultimately turned into two full-time restaurants and then some! That passion and the star chefs are coming back to Seattle, better than ever!

The Details:
Chef Adam returns to The VUDE from adventures around the Pacific Northwest, bringing with him a multi-course innovative dinner par excellence. It is Spring, and that means fresh flavors.

Chef Adam goes out of his way to seek the best products, and to honor those who grew them by doing his best at serving them in ways that make food memorable. He brings this passion to the VUDE for great experiences and community. Imagine Washington’s fresh local fare with a playful twist! The evening begins at 6:00 with mingling, and at 7:00 we will sit down for dinner.

To tease your palate there will be courses like:
Fried octopus and pork belly with rhubarb and Moroccan orange.
Snapper carpaccio with fir tips and lime.
And Pine Tea Sorbet…

As always at The VUDE, each course will come with an incredible pairing of Hand of God wines, a signature cocktail and of course, a few surprises.

Tickets are a steal at $125. The price is all-inclusive, including sales tax.  Brown Paper Tickets link: http://hegstedvudedinner.bpt.me/

Chef Adam’s Philosophy:
Our restaurants philosophy is based on authenticity. Not in the traditional sense, but to strive to create food and hospitality from our core. To learn from our past, our present and to display a sense of ourselves in every aspect of our hospitality. When our guests leave our restaurants and events, they feel like they have experienced something a little different and very special.

This is a “private event,” not a “public event,” meaning that entrance is only allowed to Club members and you can’t just walk in off the street.

Parking is free on the street after 6 PM and should be readily available.

NOTE: All ticket sales are final. If you find you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your reservation to someone else, but no refunds will be issued.

Please sign up at www.thevude.com for a free membership and to get details about our events. You can invite others to purchase tickets, but they’ll all have to register through our website.
