Learn to make pizza from scratch! The Hot Stove Team is ready and eager to teach you how to make truly awesome pizza at home.

We’ve come up with a home-friendly version of our dough recipe for this class, and we will discuss the differences between the home pizza dough recipe and the Serious Pie pizza dough recipe.

Our teamwill show you how to make, shape, and top pizza dough. We’ll set out a wide variety of pizza toppings for you to choose from when you shape and top your own pizza.

What You’ll Learn and Make:

  • How to make the home version of Serious Pie pizza dough at home!
  • Make dough, shape, and top pizza and bake in your oven
  • Serious Pies’ marinated Lacinato kale salad, Calabrian chilies, parmesan, pine nuts
  • Learn about olive oil varietals and when and why to buy the good stuff
  • Learn about canned tomato varietals and when and why to buy the good stuff

Ticket price is per 1 person.

Health & Safety: We no longer require proof of Covid vaccination, but we prefer that you are vaccinated.  Masks are optional.  Effective 6/6/2022 and subject to change.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you. Note that some classes require specific ingredients in the recipes and may not be offered any substitutions. For the nature of our pizza at home class, we would not be able to offer GF substitutions. Thank you for understanding.
