You don’t need any fancy equipment to make delicious pasta from scratch! 

Chef Bridget Charters lived and worked in Italy and she will show you how to make a fabulous handmade pasta with mouthwatering beef ragu with lemon and herbs.  This meal can be put together quickly and packs intense flavor, perfect for an easy dinner at home with friends or family.

Virtual Classroom:

This class will be very similar to our previous in-person Hot Stove classes, with an instructor that demonstrates how to make each dish “live” via Zoom. As a registered attendee, you will have the ability to watch, learn and interact with the instructor, just as if you were sitting at one of our Hot Stove Society work tables!
