Oh my, it’s OH! Mochi Donuts baking class! These gluten-free mochi donuts from our beloved Dahlia Bakery are baked to perfection and have the sweetest glaze to it.

Pastry Chef Stacy Fortner will be leading the way and helping you to learn how to make these delightful treats at home.

Hands-On: You will learn how to create the base, how to flavor it then make the glaze, bake, cool & dip.

Pineapple upside down mochi – flavored with pineapple jam, pineapple glaze, cherry garnish

Mochi with fresh or frozen fruit – and gluten free streusel

Chocolate Mochi with chocolate glaze

Matcha Mochi with matcha glaze

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Mochi with apple cider glaze, candied almonds

Coconut Mochi with colored glazes, assorted sprinkles

As a savory snack to enjoy during the class, guests will be served Vegetarian Vietnamese Spring Rolls. A welcome glass of wine is included in the class with additional beverages available for purchase. Payments accepted via card only.

Safety:  For guest and staff safety we are following the news closely and support the guidance for indoor mask wearing. We require that you bring a mask to wear when you are moving about in our kitchen and may remove it when eating. Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. The mask policy is subject to change and will be updated regularly. Effective 7/31/2021.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.
