Amp up your week with modern meditation experts, Tay & Val, as you focus, fuel, and flow with Monday Midday Meditations at the beautiful 415 Westlake venue.

Your midday begins with a mindful tuning in practice to connect deeper within. This is followed by a guided meditation practice that leaves you focused on what matters (super helpful for the overwhelmed), fueled up for the week (especially if you’re feeling meh), and in the state of flow (so you get to do your best work in the week ahead).

Leave your hurries and worries at the door and come sit with us. Center your mind, nourish your body, and connect within (+ with a like-vibed community).

Tickets can be purchased here:

12 noon: Doors Open
12:15 pm – 12:45 pm: Guided Meditation
12:45 pm – 1 pm: Q&A Discussion

Whether you’re a first-timer curious about meditation or a seasoned meditator looking to cultivate your practice — no matter what your previous meditation experience is — you’re welcomed to sit with us. Bring a colleague or friend, and multiply the FUN!

(yes, we did just say FUN.)

Together, we’ll also explore basics like:

  • How to sit and settle in
  • How to tune in and tune out
  • How to weave a steady practice into your unique (and sometimes out of control) schedule

Register for guaranteed seating.

(Drop-ins welcomed, too.)

Mary’s Place is a local nonprofit organization that empowers homeless women, children & families to reclaim their lives. For this event 33% of each ticket will be donated to Mary’s Place to provide respite, nutrition, safety and shelter through its six Family Shelters with more than 400 beds, and two Family Centers that provide housing and employment services.
