Amp up your week with modern meditation experts, Tay & Val, as you focus, fuel, and flow with Monday Midday Meditations at the beautiful 415 Westlake venue.

Your midday begins with a mindful tuning in practice to connect deeper within. This is followed by a guided meditation practice that leaves you focused on what matters (super helpful for the overwhelmed), fueled up for the week (especially if you’re feeling meh), and in the state of flow (so you get to do your best work in the week ahead).

Leave your hurries and worries at the door and come sit with us. Center your mind, nourish your body, and connect within (+ with a like-vibed community).

Tickets can be purchased here: https://www.m-meditation.com/schedule/2017/5/15/monday-midday-meditation

(Drop-ins welcomed, too.)
