We are so delighted to be able to continue our annual tradition of Tom preparing Mother’s Day brunch.

His mom is a tremendous inspiration who fed her 8 children bountifully with good humor. We will replicate the same spirit with a generous menu of spring inspired dishes.  Tom will demonstrate preparing the full menu and tastes of each item will be served.

The menu includes:

Cherry Almond Scones

Sweet Potatoes with maple tahini and duck fat

Shrimp and Grits

Our own Prosser Farm Egg, rose petal harissa and mushrooms

Asparagus with peas and Benton County ham

Herbal beverage/coffee/ tea

Please note we will not be able to provide menu substitutions for this event.

Festive attire and hats are encouraged with prizes for the well adorned.  Non- alcoholic beverages are included in the per person price  and our signature Mimosas will be available for purchase.

Hotel Andra offers a discount for those attending our classes, this would be the perfect night for a downtown getaway. We look forward to celebrating with you and getting 2022 off to a marvelous start.

Safety: In compliance with state and federal directive, it is our policy to verify vaccination status for all events at Hot Stove Society. Proof of vaccination will be required for entry for everyone over 12 years of age.  Our staff is fully vaccinated and will wear masks except when presenting on the demonstration stage. Effective 3/15/2022.

Refund Policy:  Once a class is purchased it is non-refundable.  The ownership, however, is yours and you may send someone else in your stead.

Please let us know about any allergens or dietary restrictions ahead of time to best accommodate you. Note that some classes require specific ingredients in the recipes and may not be offered any substituions.
